You can use Glow Up as a moisturizer before you apply make-up, it will bring comfort to your skin, protect it from make-up and make your complexion glow. However, it will not allow your make-up to last longer during the day as a primer would.

No, Flower Power is used to perfect the make-up removal, it is sprayed after the use of Milky Way make-up removal milk or Oil Right make-up removal oil.
