How to have a good face routine?
How to make a facial care routine?
An effective natural routine depends on your habits: rather team layering or quick with a minimalist routine?
To make a simple routine, 4 elements are necessary: makeup removal, cleansing, treatment, and moisturizing.
We remove our make-up with a cleansing oil or a cleansing milk, then we clean our skin with a soft cleansing gel without sulfates to avoid aggressing our skin, then we treat our skin problems with a serum: anti-aging, anti-spots, anti-imperfections... and finally we never forget the moisturizing even for oily skin with a cream adapted to our skin type: a cream matifying, moisturizing, nourishing or antiwrinkles.
For a more advanced routine, you can add a water treatment after cleansing to prepare your skin to receive your beauty routine and to remove the residues of limestone present in the shower water. In the evening, you can add an organic face oil so that the skin, which works more at night than during the day, is filled with good active ingredients. Once a week you can make a face mask.
Our organic skincare routines are composed of 100% natural products whose ingredients have been chosen for their effectiveness whatever your skin type. The vegetable oils, vegetable butters, essential oils and other plants in the products act on your skin and help to make it beautiful. oOlution demonstrates that a complete routine does not necessarily require a lot of products, just products that suit you and that are essential. Make-up removal, cleansing, moisturizing and targeting skin issues are the main actions of the products. For the driest and most fragile skins, you can nourish the skin with a richer product.
Which face routine should I use in the morning and evening?
Varying your morning and evening routine is not really necessary. The only real reason is the richness of the products. During the day, we tend to opt for a cream that matifies and protects it from external aggressions. In the evening, however, we can opt for synergies composed solely of organic plant oils and essential oils that will take care of your skin in depth, and without fear of shining! If you are not a fan of oily textures, nothing prevents you from adding a few drops of oils to your care!
It is still important to remove makeup and cleanse your skin thoroughly at night in order to remove all the makeup residue, dust and other pollutants that have settled on your face during the day and that clog the pores of your skin, preventing them from breathing properly. Your skin will also be better able to take advantage of all the benefits of the treatments applied afterwards.
Moreover, if you skip the make-up removal/cleaning step, the renewal of skin cells will be slowed down and the skin will be in a state of oxidative stress, and stressed skin is more reactive skin. Results? pimples, redness, dilated pores, dull complexion and premature aging that lead to dry skin, marked features, wrinkles, fine lines and so on!
Don't forget that it is at night that the skin regenerates in depth! Some chronobiology studies show it well: the multiplication of the cells of the epidermis is maximal at one o'clock in the morning, minimal at 1 pm. It then produces up to three times fewer cells.
